How long does the installation take?

Most installs are completed within 72 hours of booking. We’ll confirm your install date on your onboarding call — and if we miss the 72-hour window, your deposit is refunded.

Do I need permission to install a home charger?

In most cases, no. If your property has private off-street parking, you’re good to go. We handle all technical checks, paperwork, and DNO notifications for you — no stress, no delays.

What’s included in the price?

Everything. Your quote covers the charger, certified installation, all cabling, testing, certification, and paperwork. No hidden costs — just a fixed price you can trust.

Can I get a charger if my EV hasn’t arrived yet?

Yes — many customers do this. We’ll get your charger installed and ready to go so you’re set up before your EV arrives. You don’t need the car on-site for the install.

What happens if I need help after installation?

You’ll get 12 months of free maintenance and direct access to our support team. Plus, all chargers come with at least a 3-year manufacturer warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty with us — for total peace of mind.
