We are registered in England and Wales and operate in accordance with UK consumer law and data protection regulations (including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

- Finance and upfront purchase options
- Ongoing maintenance and support

Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

- Maintain access to your property for surveys and installations

Payments
We offer three payment options:
- Power Plan: A fixed monthly subscription (lease model)
- Finance: Through approved lenders, subject to eligibility
- Upfront Purchase: One-time payment

Your payment terms will be clearly outlined before any agreement is signed. No hidden fees or charges will apply without your consent.

Cancellation

You can cancel your agreement in line with: Your consumer cancellation rights (within 14 days of signing)

We’ll always explain your options clearly, including any charges for early cancellation. You can contact us directly to begin a cancellation request.

Warranties & Guarantees

We provide:
- A minimum 1-year workmanship warranty with all installs
- Product warranties via the manufacturer (e.g. Aiko, Tesla, Sigenergy)
- Deposit protection and dispute resolution via HIES

If you choose the Power Plan, your system is fully covered for repairs, replacements and annual maintenance throughout your agreement term.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, software, and designs, is owned or licensed by Omnicorp Energy Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party tools like:
